Behind the Scenes: Jill of Elite Dog Walking LLC’s Brand Photoshoot in Montrose
We enjoyed working with Jill Downs, the vibrant personality behind Elite Dog Walking LLC, for a brand photoshoot in Montrose, Colorado. Known around town for her bright yellow hat and gold shoes, Jill’s energy is as unmistakable as her style.
Our collaboration began after meeting Jill at a local networking event. She approached us with a request: to capture her with her litter of puppies before they found their forever homes and to an image to use for the cover for Montrose Living Magazine.
We came up with a simple but bold idea: Jill sitting on a couch outside, surrounded by her puppies. On the day of the shoot, Jill brought a few friends to help wrangle the pups which was really helpful— and it was their first time being outside and busy in the best way. Puppies running around, friends laughing, Jill soaking it all in. The energy was light and real, and that’s exactly what we aim for in a brand shoot. The photos we captured felt like her—warm, full of personality, and totally authentic to her brand.
